At MS Tide Science, all sales are considered final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit once an order has been processed or shipped.
No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict No Refund Policy. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Refused deliveries
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Failure to read product descriptions, policies, or disclaimers before purchasing
Incorrect Orders
The only exception to this policy is if MS Tide Science ships an incorrect item.
If you receive a product that does not match your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Once verified, we will provide instructions to resolve the issue, which may include replacement of the incorrect item.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should document the condition of the package and contact us immediately.
Claims related to shipping damage may require photographic evidence.
